A person’s mental health is more than a diagnosis. We recognize that there are many factors, including environmental, socioeconomic, cultural, etc., that should be considered when providing services. We aim to foster hope, health and well-being that assists the clients life overall.
We do not have a specific theory/modality that is utilized, as we believe it depends on each client and their specific needs. However, we do provide services that are person-centered and strengths-based. We utilize evidence based treatment modalities.
At PMMH, we lead with empathy, focus on strengths, and are committed to ensuring client success. We understand that the most important part of successful treatment is the client/therapist relationship. We strive to put client needs and values at the forefront of decision-making and service planning. We pride ourselves on providing services that will meet the client’s overall needs for health and well-being.
Each therapist has unique skills and specialties that are utilized in their practice. All therapists continually monitor to ensure a good fit and best practice services are being offered. Please see below our current therapists at PMMH.
We at PMMH are comfortable with most diagnoses. However, if we do not feel confident with your situation, we will refer you to another specialist or educate ourselves in the area. Our therapists have a love of learning and continually expand their knowledge on a daily basis.
